Nancy is great and took care in the sale of my home. Gave professional opinions when asked and suggested many helpful actions while my home was on the market. Only complaint I have is a lack of communication. Often she would give incorrect times and dates for viewings. Near the end, there was a complete breakdown of communication. Otherwise, I could not have asked for a better and more informative agent.
Nancy runs to ground all questions and concerns a potential buyer has in making an informed decision when purchasing a new property. Nancy listens well to the buyer and addresses things in a timely effective manner. No detail is too small for Nancy to address when a buyer is assessing a major purchase of a new home.
