Karen made the sale of our house a pleasant experience, as much as it can be. Very knowlegable about the market, thorough with the process, professional amoung the industry, and excellent at staging. She put 100% in to our process, and the results reflected that. Highly recommend her in this very competitive market.

I have done many transactions with Maria. She has been the same from day 1, outstanding!!! I have seen a lot of them in my life and she is outperforming all of them . She is there for the long run. She takes the time to gather all information needed to make a good transaction; follows up all the time; does not let anything out and works for me first not as many other agents do…. She will do whatever it takes so that you make the best deal overall. I would refer her anytime !!

We had heard that Yvonne had represented other Otter Key Condo owners in selling their condos. Yvonne did indeed, exceed all of our needs and expectations in the marketing and selling of my mother-in-laws condo. She assisted us in getting the condo's carpets cleaned and the condo itself cleaned before putting it on the market. She kept us informed and up to date on all aspects of the sale which led to a seamless closing even thought we were in a different state. Thank you Yvonne, you are the best!!

Laura is by far the best realtor we have worked with. She has gotten us top dollar for our home and is a genuine and down to earth individual. Laura is also very knowledgeable and a true professional. Can't wait to sell our next home and buy another with Laura.

We worked with Lorraine to purchase our first home in St. Pete. Lorraine was very responsive and accessible throughout the entire process. We saw MANY homes in a short period, and once our offer got accepted we closed within 28 days. The market was crazy, and Lorraine provided honest, trustworthy guidance. I would absolutely recommend to friends & family.

Treasure is an elite force to work with when it comes to real estate. She will connect you with the property that you are looking for while making the buying process a breeze. Personally, she alerted me of the property I wanted right away and I was under contract within hours. This was in large part due to her connections to the people I needed to get the process rolling. She kept me informed throughout the house buying process as well. Her dedication to work through issues when they arise and keep the process steadily moving is what makes her an exceptional real estate agent. I would recommend her to everyone!
