Nancy is great and took care in the sale of my home. Gave professional opinions when asked and suggested many helpful actions while my home was on the market. Only complaint I have is a lack of communication. Often she would give incorrect times and dates for viewings. Near the end, there was a complete breakdown of communication. Otherwise, I could not have asked for a better and more informative agent.

Linda is a fantastic agent! She is extremely knowledgeable of the market and what’s going on. She takes time to listen to our goals, dreams, and wants in buying a home. Where do I begin, in short Linda was by far the best realtor we have come across. In this crazy market, you cannot afford to waste any time, you need a realtor who is experienced, savvy, and will fight like nobody else. I am certain that we would not own the house we do today if it was not for Linda. Before hiring Linda, my wife and I got burned by a builder who ended up selling the property we were told would be ours because someone was willing to pay 30k in premium. A family member then recommended Linda and within 3 days we were under contract on a beautiful home at a great price (thank God the builder situation did not work out because we are much happier with where we ended up). Putting forth a strong offer that stands out among the rest in a sellers market was critical and Linda quickly helped us build a well balanced strategy that resulted in a stand out offer that still offered protection as a buyer. Whether through call or text, Linda was always responsive and made you feel like your deal was the most important. She is kind and nice to talk to but also tough and knew how to navigate through obstacles. We are thrilled to be in our new home and would not hesitate to hire Linda again.
