Selling our apartment during a pandemic
Selling our Florida apartment, where we had wintered for 4 years, felt somewhat daunting due to the ongoing Covid pandemic, and the fact that we were in our home in Pennsylvania. However the real estate agent we had contracted with, Teri Pecoroni, took charge and and got the job done in a much shorter time than I had imagined. She was easy to work with, knowledgeable about how things are done today and was careful to dot all her I’d. She paid attention to our wants and answered all our questions. And she kept us well informed of what was going on, assured us everything we needed to do could be done from PA, and so everything came together, ending with a happy seller and happy buyer.

The Absolute Best
As an agent Barbara was able to guide us through the entire process of preparing to sell, what are the best features of our home to show, to a pre inspection person to make sure there were no surprises, to the appraiser and photographer. Barbara notified us about every showing over a 3 day period, we were able to accept an offer in 3 days, she is organized and communicates very well, we can't thank her enough for the professionalism and honesty .

Lorette is one of the most professional, caring and hardest working individuals I have known. I have worked with Lorette in several different capacities for over 23 years. She will give her heart and soul to accomplish your goals. She truly cares about you and what matters to you matters to her. Greta is GREAT! We bought our 1st home in Florida last month and she made possible that everything ran smooth. In a crazy market like this one, she was always available and ready to accommodate our changing needs and adjust the strategy to provide us exactly what we wanted. Very professional and super hard worker. She returned our phone calls and emails immediately and was always on top of her game when it came to negotiations with the sellers. Greta is very sharp, her knowledge of the market was something I have not seen in other agents. She knows what to do to exactly to obtain the most for your property, and to do it quickly. Selling my property was difficult because I had to have cash only, no mortgage. She rose to the challenge and the second cash offer was over my asking price. Most important which convinced me she is a great agent where she was reachable many times in late evenings, and even answered my phone calls at 10:00pm. Other agents did not respond after 6pm because it is dinner time, they are done for the day. Greta, Is very pleasant, she treats you as you are her only client, but I know I might be one of 10. So, if you want an agent that is aggressive, sharp, dependable, pleasant, 110% business and someone who is reachable almost any time, she definetly is the agent for you.
