Greta is GREAT! We bought our 1st home in Florida last month and she made possible that everything ran smooth. In a crazy market like this one, she was always available and ready to accommodate our changing needs and adjust the strategy to provide us exactly what we wanted. Very professional and super hard worker. She returned our phone calls and emails immediately and was always on top of her game when it came to negotiations with the sellers. Greta is very sharp, her knowledge of the market was something I have not seen in other agents. She knows what to do to exactly to obtain the most for your property, and to do it quickly. Selling my property was difficult because I had to have cash only, no mortgage. She rose to the challenge and the second cash offer was over my asking price. Most important which convinced me she is a great agent where she was reachable many times in late evenings, and even answered my phone calls at 10:00pm. Other agents did not respond after 6pm because it is dinner time, they are done for the day. Greta, Is very pleasant, she treats you as you are her only client, but I know I might be one of 10. So, if you want an agent that is aggressive, sharp, dependable, pleasant, 110% business and someone who is reachable almost any time, she definetly is the agent for you.

We had heard that Yvonne had represented other Otter Key Condo owners in selling their condos. Yvonne did indeed, exceed all of our needs and expectations in the marketing and selling of my mother-in-laws condo. She assisted us in getting the condo's carpets cleaned and the condo itself cleaned before putting it on the market.
