Heloise is the best agent we have worked with in buying and selling 4 different homes. She knew not just the market in Clearwater, but was extremely knowledgeable of the Clearwater market, but also knew the details of the building our unit belonged to..i.e she knew, and conveyed to us the value we were getting compared to other units of similar sizes in the market. But what really put her in superstar status is her personal touch. We are from out of state, and she worked with us on all the details that were required to complete the purchase. I met Rebecca about 10 years ago. She was the seller's agent, I was on the buyer's side. I was impressed by Rebecca's knowledge, professionalism, ethics, friendliness and eager to answer any questions we had. That's why when it was time in 2016 for me to sell my house and buy a new one, I hired Rebecca. She handled both sale and purchase transactions with outstanding efforts. I was able to sell my old house quite quickly and at the price that I wanted. I was able to see as many houses as I wanted in a very short period of time.
