I knew of Rebecca’s expertise when I asked if she would act as my realtor. And it proved to be true! She knows the market very well, she sat and talked to me about the things she could and would do during the process, and took care of a lot of things on her own, making my job very easy! Jeremy Detwiler was outstanding as our real estate agent as we negotiated selling our house. He provided helpful suggestions on how to display our house, the price we should start at, and the eventual sale. Probably the best thing about Jeremy during this process was the fact that he was always there for us. He would respond to any texts or phone calls immediately and provided knowledgeable answers. There were also difficult periods when dealing with the eventual buyers and their requests. Jeremy would inform us which of their demands could be considered reasonable and which we could reject. All of his responses turned out correct. On top of it all he was calm and reassuring when we needed it. In the end he was able to help us negotiate a sales price much higher than we anticipated. I would highly recommend Jeremy Detwiler to anyone as a real estate agent when selling their house.
