The Dual Agent structure was a bit awkward on occasion, although we never felt it was a disadvantage to us. The initail virtual Internet tour was an excellent way to start the process and was sufficient for us to make an offer right way. There were still many trips back and forth from Louisiana, although this seemed to be more of a burden for the Seller. Without the online Internet support, this transaction probably would not have happeded.
They were there for every phone call every step in the process, exceptional communication skills. Went above and beyond anything we expected. Offer accepted in 24 hours after listing closing price exceeded our expectations. Phenomenal team!
