So many no’s but each one taught me what I did and didn’t like as we went on. Chassy and her husband were so helpful in our move to the Cedar Rapids area. They kept looking for a property that would meet all our needs. But we were moving from a hot, dry state with newer houses, and didn't know anything about Radon and Orangeburg, damp basements and a dozen other things. Their insights into the different areas and ages of the homes, construction and unique issues, were invaluable for our particular requirements trying to balance price and location, esp in a still-competitive market that caught us off guard.
