The communication between agents Chassy and Ron and myself was excellent. I drove them crazy with my endless questions I'm sure, but they never failed to answer them. When I left messages for them they always got back to me quickly. Both were very knowledgeable which was much appreciated. They showed comparisons between my condo and similar properties that had recently been sold. This helped me when coming up with an asking price for my home. They were not pushy and let me make decisions based on the information they provided me. Broken window seals and radon were unavoidable expenses that I was not planning on having to deal with in order to sell my home. Chassy and Ron were great when it came to finding reliable/reasonable repairmen to fix these problem items. Without their help I am sure that I would have been out a lot more money. Both Chassy and Ron were super friendly and therefore very easy to get along with. Both were. Both were competent, knowledgeable, respectful...all the core aspects needed to be a real estate professional. I am happy that I chose these two to help me navigate this process.
