We were so very fortunate to have had Katie as our realtor. She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. Her experience and knowledge is what one needs and wants to find that forever home. She knows what to look for when walking with you through a property and helps you with any questions you may have. She does her best to be available to make arrangements right away to view a home. She just makes you feel comfortable with whatever price point you’re looking for and will do her best to find that home for you. We honestly cannot say enough praises on how hard she worked to help to us find our home. She was also so super helpful and knowledgeable when working with the VA loan process. With both of us being veterans and using our VA benefits she knew exactly what the VA would approve and made it so much more easier for us to look at homes that she knew would be VA approved. This helped us tremendously with not wasting time on homes that would in the end not pass the VA inspection. With the way the market is now, very competitive for home buyers, she was wasted no time in sending us properties to look at and make an offer right away so it didn’t slip by. After Sofia helped us purchase a condo, she again successfully helped us purchase this townhome. She was very responsive and ready to help at anytime and for any issue. She has extensive knowledge not only in local markets but in home remodeling as well. When we found the kitchen cabinet drawers did not pull well, she quickly fixed them. The day of closing, the seller did not put the missing kitchen cabinet door back as promised, she stand firm and made sure that the new cabinet door was installed before informing us to wire the funds. Since we’re out town buyers, she did many things for us willingly and initiatively including final walk through. After closing, she continued her support and help to this day. We’re very grateful to her and she will be our realtor for life!

I can’t say enough great things about Michele. This was my first time buying a house (my husbands second) so I had a ton of questions! Michele helped my husband purchase his first house. She was always there to answer my question and was so patient with us, even when we could have had used some patience ourselves haha. She was kind and so helpful and made sure I really understood everything going on, even if that meant answering my repetitive questions when I didn’t understand something. She did everything in her power to get us exactly what we were looking for. When issues came up she was on top of it and dealt with a lot of the stress and chaos behind the scenes so we didn’t have to. You can tell while working with her that she has so much knowledge and experience. She treated us like we were family and because of her we now own a beautiful new home. I would recommend her to everyone and we will definitely use her again in the future!

In this crazy market Yolanda always kept in contact with me. Never made me feel like an inconvenience even when I would bombard her with numerous listings at one time. She always was able to get information to me in a very timely manner regarding incidental information about the properties. She was always supportive and caring about me personally dealing with the stress of buying and selling a house at the same time. She is very personable and caring.
