Cindy, made the sale of our home incredibly easy. Cindy was very diligent, with an honest, no-nonsense market analysis of the property's value. Her MLS preparation was nothing short of amazing! Her use of a professional photographer and a very detailed supporting description showcased the property as if it were a mansion. As a result, our home had four top dollar offers within 24 hours of it being listed and the 'For Sale' sign being stuck in the lawn. She was again very honest, professional and timely in both the negotiations of the sale and closing process. Having moved nine times previously this was the most stress free sale and move we've ever experienced. We can't imagine a better agent than Cindy!
