She worked with us over staggered weekend trips to see different options. Never rushed us through any of the choices. Caroline made this the easiest purchase we have ever made. She provided us with names of mortgage companies, insurance companies and a title company. She helped us every step of the way including our introduction to the nice folks that work at the Whitehouse in Zellwood Station. She held our hands through this entire process and we were able to close in Zellwood at the Depot. Very convenient. She also introduced us to a fantastic and knowledgeable HVAC contractor that corrected a problem with the heating system, also a qualified home inspector and termite inspector, Everything went so smooth we were able to close earlier than we had first expected.
