KAREN IS FABULOUS!!!!! She's done WAY BEYOND what any other sales agent would do!! I live in a different state for most of the year, and she scheduled cleaners, a handyman, staged the house beautifully, and took tons of pictures that showcased the house. It didn't matter what was needed. Karen took care of everything! She went to all of the showings and gave buyers information about the home and the community, giving that personal touch. She negotiated the offers we received, and we had three offers within 48 hours of the listing. She was there for the inspection, and will be there for the appraisal, making sure the house appraises for the highest price possible. The list goes on and on. NOBODY is as good as Karen!
