When I was searching for real estate agents online, I saw that my agent, Grace, had five-star reviews, so I chose her without hesitation. Grace took a lot of the pressure off me, helping me with landscaping, front and back yard cleaning, and mowing my lawn every week. She actively organized open houses for me every week, using her professional skills and tirelessly promoting my property. She also offered me many suggestions I hadn't anticipated, all with my own consideration in mind. For example, regarding the price of the house, which is paramount in the current sluggish real estate market. The buyer lowered the price, and I agreed to it, but she insisted on the original price and even asked me to raise it, which I refused. She is truly an outstanding real estate agent, and I'm truly grateful to have met her. I sincerely thank you and wish you continued success in your career!

Being prepared is key. Linda was expert at assessing the property, the market, my needs and my timeline. Suzy is an amazing person! She is knowledgeable, fun, creative and is loyal. She goes above and beyond for her customers. During the selling of my house there were many forks in the road. She went above and beyond to insure a smooth outcome. She has such great knowledge, every step of the way she kept me informed, she educated me on some of the processes, held my hand when needed. She is diligent in her approach to keep the process moving. Her communication skills are impeccable, she answered all my questions with respect, she kept calm even when I was not.
