She was the best in my case There are many things I didn’t understand and she knew the right questions to ask the builder so that I understood this real estate process. Also, she worked very hard for me to get the top price for my former home and as a result of her hard work I was able to Pay off the mortgage on my former home and purchase a new home without having a mortgage. She helped me to select the right options that were offered to me by the builder, and as a result of that advice there was monetary savings that allowed me to do additional improvements to my new home. We had quite a few issues preparing the house for sale (fencing around property, new septic, new sod/grass which arrived ~dead due to the droughts at the time), but Karen remained professional and patient and was willing to compromise and work with us on several parts of the process. She was always quick and professional in her responses and was willing to help and go the extra mile to help and provided not only helpful advice but knew great people to help with cleaning, repairs, etc. overall would recommend.
