Being prepared is key. Linda was expert at assessing the property, the market, my needs and my timeline. She presented me with a thorough analysis and made accurate and sensible recommendations to help achieve my goals . I was well informed and kept up to date with every development, and Linda was very responsive to my questions and concerns. With her guidance, the preparation of the home, it's listing, showing and eventual sale through closing were easy, stress-free and very fruitful. Suzy is an amazing person! She is knowledgeable, fun, creative and is loyal. She goes above and beyond for her customers. During the selling of my house there were many forks in the road. She went above and beyond to insure a smooth outcome. She has such great knowledge, every step of the way she kept me informed, she educated me on some of the processes, held my hand when needed. She is diligent in her approach to keep the process moving. Her communication skills are impeccable, she answered all my questions with respect, she kept calm even when I was not. Linda Hannon began helping me make decisions long before I put my house on the market. She has a keen sense of what needs to be done to help a house sell and she encouraged me to do some important upgrades. More importantly, she told me that certain improvements that I was planning to make, were not necessary.... and these were things that the 'new buyer' would either decide to do or not do. This saved me both time and money. This is the type of great advice that comes from having an agent who is both smart and experienced. She knows the real estate market exceptionally well. While she helped me determine my asking price, she worked with me and she was never controlling. She respected my input as the owner, yet she was not hesitant in letting me know her opinions, based on her years of experience as a real estate agent. She is very adept. Linda Hannon stayed in close communication with me and quickly returned all my calls. She effectively and quickly answered my questions, and provided excellent advice. I never felt that Linda was just working for a commission and merely wanted to get my house sold and move on. She never pressured me, yet she was adept at keeping me diligently working toward the ultimate goal of selling my house. She was understanding and helpful as I dealt with family emergencies, Hurricane Helene hitting my main home in the mountains of North Carolina and other setbacks that I had to deal with. Her level of understanding about "dealing with life beyond the sale of a house" was truly amazing. I felt like she and I worked together quite well... and this is so very important. I had told Linda Hannon upfront that I wanted to price my house fairly and then essentially stick with my price. I was willing to wait for the right buyer, someone who wanted my house and my neighborhood. She agreed to what I wanted, and then she worked hard. My house sold quickly. Linda did a great job and I was very pleased.
