Marta provided excellent service from the beginning through closing. She attended all the meetings we had with the builder and asked great questions on our behalf. She would check on the house during the construction process, take pictures, and alert us to any concerns. Marta also referred us to an inspector and a painter, both of whom were great. The inspector identified many issues prior to the drywall, which the builder had to fix. We used her painter referral as the builder would not use the type of paint that we wanted on the interior. And we hired the painter immediately after we closed to paint the interior. She is extremely professional and patient. I highly recommend Marta to be your real estate agent.
