Beth gave us a thorough interview to discover what we were looking for, our price point and our time frame. She listened to my requirements and suggested a few more that benefitted me. She is very knowledgeable of this area and always promptly responded to my requests for a viewing. She never kept us waiting. And, she was able to smooth out the transaction as the seller was difficult and non-responsive - they just wanted the $$ and didn't care about the details of selling a property. I highly recommend Beth. She is positive, thoughtful, attentive to details, prompt and very knowledgeable of real estate rules/regulations/specifics. I purchased a condo and she was even knowledgeable of Florida condo regulations. I will use her again for my next transaction.

Susan has been nothing short of Amazing as our realtor! She was our listing agent and we are using her as our buying agent also. We love Connerton community so when we sold our home in Connerton, we knew that’s where we wanted to stay and buy our next home also! We have moved multiple times over the years, but never had a realtor who goes as above and beyond for their clients like Susan does. When we first met with Susan she came and helped us walk through our house and give us tips on how to have our home sell for top dollar by making little changes and updates. Susan also came over and helped me clean and detail the house before we did a weekend full of showings. We ended up with about a handful of offers within 48 hours of listing! One as much as $30k over asking!! When our contract fell through, we were upset, and Susan went above and beyond and send a beautiful flower arrangement to cheer us up as I was majorly stressed out. Within 24 hours we were back under contract and closed with no issues. As our buying agent, she took us to a few houses, but ultimately we decided to build new. She has been there every step of the way in the new build process to answer questions, go to meetings, and help us in every way possible! She is an awesome realtor, and genuine person who truly wants nothing but the best for clients. We can not thank Susan enough for all she has done for us!!

I was the trustee of my mom's beachfront condo, and I choose Bonnie to sell the property as I was very impressed with her knowledge and expertise. Bonnie told me she had an out-of-state buyer who may be interested in buying my mom's condo, and I knew this was not just some sales pitch as others in the condo have used her and had great things to say about her. As it ended up that person bought it and it sold quickly. Bonnie texted and called me and kept me updated throughout the process. Since I also lived out of town, Bonnie did MANY things that went over and beyond the normal scope of a realtor. She literally took pictures of items in my mom's storage locker and either discarded items out or sent them to me per my instructions. There were also some repairs that needed to be done after the inspection, and she arranged that for me. The closing was also handled electronically and was a very easy process. If you want a trustworthy, reliable, and consummate realtor to help you sell or buy a property, then I would strongly recommend that you use Bonnie. Well done Bonnie, and a BIG thank you!
