Well, we were very wrong!! When it came down to the nitty gritty Billie Joe impressed us with her knowledge and negotiation skills. She helped us find the perfect place where we wanted to be and Billie Joe made it happen. We bought our house site unseen because Billie Joe did all the foot work. She is a fantastic communicator and is very responsive. And she surrounds herself with great people who did our inspections and found us insurance. She even walked around Dunedin for us on a Saturday morning by way of FaceTime just so we could see the area from our home in Maryland. If you are looking to sell a house in the Wesley Chapel/New Tampa area, you won't find a better agent than Amber. Her knowledge of the local market is second to none and will get top dollar for your home. My wife and I contacted Amber about listing our home the first of the year in 2022.
