Tetiana went to great lengths to help us find our dream home. She was aggressive about turning up new options and booking walkthroughs. She made herself available by text or call well beyond office ours, often responding to properties we sent her within minutes. Tetiana had a good sense of the market as well. Guiding us on what to offer on two homes, one of which we got. Ultimately, she was able to get us into a home that both my wife and I thought was out of our reach, she did this by communicating with the sellers agent and finding out the exact day they needed to close, encouraging us to write a letter and putting our lender in touch with the listing agent to assure them of our ability to close. At some point, she went past what we would consider above and beyond and truly fought for us. She wanted to see us in a house we loved. She knew my wife and daughter’s names, we felt like we were “in it” as a team. She helped us navigate a pretty cut-throat market with a friendly, attentive attitude and TONS of diligence and hard work. If you are looking for someone who will make you a priority and listen to your needs then give her a call. I have already recommended her to friends and family, most of whom saw the play-by-play of us buying our home and came to us asking for her info after seeing the results.
