My husband and I will be forever greatful for Rose. Our home buying experience was not a walk in the park however Rose always found a way to get things moving and working in our favor. Tekila was very professional and handle my deal perfectly. Her knowledge and work ethic made things go with ease. If it wasn’t for her my deal would have fallen apart. The listing agent had this deal all over the place, wasn’t very responsive, couldn’t answer question pertaining to the sale; like who the solar company, how to transfer it, and HOA information. It was like once we went under contract he stopped working. Thanks to Tekila everything came together and got me all the information and was able to close on time.
