Let me tell you that the home buying process is not always a smooth journey from A to B. Our experience came with hiccups, delays, and many agrivations. I dont know how we would have navigated this process without JULIE SARTAIN. Julie was responsive, knowledgeable, and was a true advocate for me and my family. This market is not kind for all buyers, and as a veteran in a new town, we didn't have the resources to stand out on the offer sheet. As an attorney, I personally look for fairness in transactions. I do not enjoy one-sided contracts, and I do not favor those with superior bargaining positions because that superior bargaining positions put them in a better position to take advantage of those with lower bargaining advantages. We were so glad we found Diane, she was so helpful in helping us fulfill our dream of having a home in Florida. Diane was always quick to respond and willing to look at properties until we found just the right one. We were remote buyers so we had to tour virtually and Diane walked through many properties cell phone in hand guiding us through properties and giving us honest assessments and opinions. Once she got an idea of what we were after she focused on finding us exactly what we wanted for the price we were wanting to pay.
