We wanted a very specific unit in a condo complex. After waiting for awhile for a unit to become available Tracy and Heidi sent letters to the owners in the complex to let them know they had a buyer. After a couple of months a buyer responded and a couple months later we had a contract. Luckily we were able to wait five more months and we finally closed without having to go thru a bidding war.
