Nara is a go-getter! She understands the market very well and goes the extra mile for buyers. She was always available via phone or text and when issues arose, she was great at staying on top of things and finding solutions to make sure we were happy. She even made us a beautiful personalized closing gift basket on closing day. She truly cares about her clients.

As a first-time homebuyer, I was nervous about the process, but working with Amanda and The Pretty House Team made everything so much easier. Amanda was patient when I needed time to learn and make decisions, and then moved lightning-fast when the perfect home came on the market in my dream Palm Harbor neighborhood. Even when some last-minute issues came up with the attorney’s office, Amanda stayed calm, organized, and completely on top of every detail. She kept me informed, advocated for me, and made sure we still made it to the closing table on time. Thanks to her expertise and support, I’m now living in the most adorable home in one of the best areas around—and I couldn’t be happier!

Jeffrey helped every step of the way to get our house ready and sold. He's very knowledgeable about the market and gave us great advice to help us sell. He was also the agent that I bought that same property with and because of our experience with him then we knew we'd use him again when it was time to sell. If I'm ever looking in the area again I'd definitely reach out to Jeffrey.

It was my good fortune to have "found" Curtis, when he was selling another property in our community! Exceptional services and expertise, Curtis exhibits enthusiasm/optimism, skill sets, intuition, reliability, relentless patience and diligence. Whether you are the "seller" or the "buyer"; he can be totally trusted to deliver a smooth transition .. a true professional in the real estate industry! With his personable demeanor, he "automatically" provides comfort, in relating favorably to both sides of the sales transaction. I was extremely impressed with his sales ability with the sale of our first condo, thus he was my FIRST CHOICE, of course, for selling our second condo (just 6 months in between). It is my pleasure to highly recommend Curtis Rudolph for your real estate needs!
