Daniella guided us through the buying of a new property and the selling of our current property expertly. Daniella is a wonderful advocate for a buyer. She was extremely helpful in negotiating the buying of a yet-to-be-built property - she asked the development company any number of questions my husband and I had no idea to ask and we really felt like she was safeguarding our interests. During walk-throughs of our house as it was being built she was able to point out to the contractors several issues they needed to address. We also were thoroughly pleased with the process of selling our house. Daniella had the whole process organized down to the last detail. She was also extremely helpful in giving us tips as to how best to show our house. We highly recommend Daniella's services and loved working with her.
