Kathy is not only an experienced realtor. She is also very passionate about getting your home sold. We spoke to her back in May and I was immediately blown away by her knowledge and devotion. In a tougher market she provided us all the advice needed to bring our home to life for a future buyer. She made several suggestions and modifications to display our furniture to make the home even more appealing to when I lived there. Our home is smaller than most in our neighborhood but she took the same level of professionalism to get it sold and was persistent in contacting the right contractors to help upgrade and schedule the right people under tight windows. She even helped fix your windows and brought them back to their proper form. I’m extremely blessed and grateful for all Kathy did. She was responsive and accommodating to all the stresses that go into selling a home. Had it not been for her perseverance I don’t believe we would have had the same outcome in selling our some before the end of summer. Kathy did a fantastic job for us. Our dad passed away and our mom moved to a senior community leaving us to deal with 40 years of stuff. Kathy helped with staging of an empty home and went out of her way to arrange for some landscaping to be done because we were not able to maintain the property. She was professional and set proper expectations for us and was really easy to work with. Her team was easy to contact and readily available to answer questions or take charge of anything that was needed. We couldn't have made this transition without her. Daniella is amazing! She was referred to us by a friend and we are so glad we went with her! We are a military family and she was able to work with us remotely as we were moving from California to Virginia.
