Kevin LeRue is a top agent in the Country (not state) for a reason. As an executive in a large Property Management Firm; the Agents I come across tend to be lazy. Most only act or go the extra mile when there is commission involved. Kevin is the exact opposite! He cares about the client and understands that along the way, you may have to see quite a few homes before one really appeals to you - he treats every showing with the mindset that this may be the one. His responsiveness and professionalism are unmatched. This is Kevin’s full time job and he takes it seriously; it doesn’t take long for his clients to recognize that. In addition, I would also like to thank David Massey. Another great sign of a good agent is being able to transition duties flawlessly. Kevin made me aware in advance that he would be going on his honeymoon during the latter part of the transaction and closing on the home. This was also done during the height of the Christmas and new year holidays - while this could be chaotic for all parties involved, Kevin coordinated his colleague, David Massey, to assist on the final touches. David filled in flawlessly and was a great agent in his own right - thank you, David! In closing, I can’t write all I need to to express just how important it is to have a good agent and how Kevin LaRue checks all of those boxes. Jaime was by far one of the best real estate agents we have ever worked with! From the moment we first reached out to start our home buying process, she made herself available whenever we had questions or wanted to go look at a property. Her knowledge kept us grounded and gave us all the confidence we needed in order to remain stress free during what could be a stressful process. She was always honest and without her strong negotiation skills, there is no way we would have secured our contract given that we were up against multiple competing offers.
