Wayne was an absolute dream to work with. We had no idea what we were doing, since this was our first sale ever, and he just made everything so easy and stress free. We could not have been happier, he was amazing with every part of the sale from beginning to end! His attention to detail was perfection and we had multiple offers and had a contract by the end of the first day of putting the house on the market. I believe that the way Wayne described our house in the listing is what pulled people in, he really gets a "feel" of what your house means to you and portrays that in his listing description and pictures.
