Moving out of state for work is stressful, selling a home is stressful, doing both at the same time is insane but somehow this whole experience was simply EASY. It's easy to write a review about how Kathy will sell your house fast and get you top value for your home, she will accomplish this task without a doubt! What I found exceptional with Kathy was her understanding of complex situations and her ability to solve problems. She not only expresses empathy about your situation, she's likely worked through similar situations many times over and understands how to achieve the best outcome for all parties involved. I think it helps when you are a motivated seller with good values because this creates less friction naturally throughout the process and makes it less difficult for Kathy to pull resources together that are motivated to help you. It amazed me how many affordable resources Kathy had for all the different problems we encountered along the way. Kathy went the extra mile with everything. I really recommend Kathy as your agent, particularly in the cut-throat market that Loudoun County is. There are greedy folks out there that will try to take you for a fool. Kathy will not let this happen and more importantly she has the right resources to ensure that this is avoided.
