Diane gave us personal and kind service to help my father at age 92 sell his home that he had been living in for over 60 years. She was very patient , understanding and respectful of all of my fathers wishes. She met with him on several occasions to verify specific details. My father does not have access to a computer or WiFi, so Diane had to come out several times to have him physically sign papers. He had vacated the house one month prior to marketing the house, so we were able to get the house in fair to good condition to show. She was very helpful telling us what we needed to do to make a 60 year old home presentable. My family had made arrangements to take my father to settlement because he wanted to meet the new buyers but unexpectedly a tree fell on his carport, so settlement had to be delayed. Diane worked very hard rescheduling settlement based on the buyers loan criteria. She was in constant communication with us regarding the repairs offering suggestions and contractors to fix the roof and gutters. Settlement did take place approximately 10 days later but family members were unable to physically drive him to settlement and he wanted to meet the new buyers. Her husband drove 40 minutes from their home to get my father and take him to settlement and then drove him back home to waltonwood in Ashburn. She and her husband were able to fulfill my father’s wish to meet the new buyers, and we so appreciate that. Her professionalism, kindness, and patience gave my father the security and the confidence to move to an Adult community without any regrets. He was thrilled to have sold his home to a lovely family that will start making memories in the house he loved for so long. We highly recommend Diane to sell your home. Thank you Diane.

I can't say enough good things about Lisa. Going into a market with interest rate's at 6.5% and a shortage of inventory, I thought it was going to take at least 6 months to find a home.
