We met Valerie when we asked for the showing of a home. She is someone you can trust. If she doesn't know the answer she'll tell you but she will find it out. She was available anytime we wanted to see a home, knew what to look for in a home and would let us know if there were problems. Once we put an offer in on a house she followed up and made sure everything was done that needed to be done. Once our offer was accepted she went step by step with us right up to closing. It was great having her knowledge and answers throughout. You won't be disappointed with Valerie as your realtor.

I called Valerie interested in one of her listings, with her help, myself and the sellers were able to negotiate a deal quickly, and then proceed smoothly through to closing. Although her level of fidelity to me the buyer is of course not required to be as high as to that of her clients the sellers, she treated me with upmost professionalism and a high standard of service, one can only imagine her service as your listing broker. Let me tell you how easy pesy it was. I called when her sign was on an adjacent property. I called and she jumped into action. She took down the information and immediately had me listed. She was able to sell my property within weeks. She is very knowable in real estate. She is a pleasant to work with. She keeps in touch regularly. She even voluntary to check up on a friend of mine. I said every thing but I left out she's pleasant too.

Valerie went out of her way before masks were ever mandated any place to fulfill our request that she wear a mask due to my husband’s extreme health risks. We were very pleased that she honored our wishes despite the unpleasantness of doing so, especially with the summer heat. In addition to her being the consummate professional when it came to being our buyer’s agent, she demonstrated patience with our requested showings (several very last minute), a good sense of humor and a willingness to assist us however possible. Having bought houses in the past, we like an agent who does not try to push a decision on which house to buy. . Valerie simply commented on a couple of positives and negatives, allowing us to form our own opinions. We highly recommend Valerie Barber.
