She says she is a hard worker and it is true! Valerie is personable, knowledgeable, and willing to go out of her way to accommodate. She sticks around for the hard stuff. She is great for bouncing creative ideas around and she'll come through with grace for a last minute bid under time pressure. She is flexible with web-signing (good tools) but will deliver paper if you prefer it. Most importantly, I found her trustworthy and honest, while still being an experienced negotiator.

We had the pleasure of working with Tasha R For the sale of our home and she was amazing. So kind, and intentional with our time and hers. She answered every question we had (and we had a lot haha!) and was so patient and made sure we felt equipped & comfortable throughout the whole process. She really cares about the people she works for & is there for YOU! You couldnt ask for a better real estate agent. Thanks Tasha! Our family is so glad you were in our corner! -the Grants

With Valerie you'll find an honest realtor, who is also hard working and a good negotiator. She just sold our house and she was stellar to work with from start to finish. She did everything we asked for including long hours of open houses, and she pushed back gently and professionally where she felt our suggestions could use some tweaking. She works with other realtors in a collegial fashion so there was no nastiness in the negotiations and agreements, instead a thoughtful win-win approach to navigating through potential conflicts. She also went out of her way to help care for the house when we left town, keeping plants alive and showing up for vendor visits. We had been considering selling ourselves and we're so glad we didn't. We feel that her services and great working relationships with other realtors and buyers more than covered the commission, and saved us a lot of hassle too. She was regularly available for text or calls. I feel that she works very hard for her clients and I can strongly recommend her.

Valerie was very good at doing what I wanted, and didn't try to push her opinions on me at all. I liked that.
