She says she is a hard worker and it is true! Valerie is personable, knowledgeable, and willing to go out of her way to accommodate. She sticks around for the hard stuff. She is great for bouncing creative ideas around and she'll come through with grace for a last minute bid under time pressure. She is flexible with web-signing (good tools) but will deliver paper if you prefer it. Most importantly, I found her trustworthy and honest, while still being an experienced negotiator.
