Jill not only sold our house and helped us find the one we were searching for, but instructed us perfectly on what we needed to do to sell our house. How to rearrange the rooms for buyers, what to “hid away” so the spaces weren’t cluttered with kids stuff, and what rooms absolutely needed to be painted and which could be fine for a buyer. The process had flaws, no fault of Jill’s, and she took care of them straight away. I wish I could give more stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Valerie Barber should be your agent! We met Valerie when we asked for the showing of a home. She is someone you can trust. If she doesn't know the answer she'll tell you but she will find it out. She was available anytime we wanted to see a home, knew what to look for in a home and would let us know if there were problems. Once we put an offer in on a house she followed up and made sure everything was done that needed to be done. Once our offer was accepted she went step by step with us right up to closing.
