Ms. Tweety was an exceptional realtor! I would recommend her to others over and over and over again. She was hardworking, and VERY dedicated to helping us find a home. She stayed focused on our wants and needs and provided great counsel for us as first time homebuyers. She was very thorough when explaining things and even went above and beyond to made sure that we understood the process and although she isn’t on the financial side of things she did a great job at making sure we understood that part as well to the best of her abilities. I will be using Ms. Tweety again if I ever decide to buy another home.

We had a difficult home search, with several rejected offers, and our own very specific wants and needs. Adam was helpful and patient throughout, and responded quickly when needed. He was open and honest and seemed willing to give honest feedback, when it would have been easier to push us on a house that wasn't a great fit. We enjoyed working with him and will definitely keep him in mind for future needs, ours or family members. Carpenter Realty in general, I don't have a strong opinion for or against, as Adam was the only real contact we had with Carpenter reality.
