Sara was the best realtor. We were out of state moving back and she worked with us the whole time and was very accommodating with house tours. She was very prepared and knew a lot of information before we stepped into the house. Everything went very smooth even with us being out of state. Definitely would recommend her as your realtor.

Lisa was amazing during both buying our new home and selling our old home! Many challenges arose during both transactions, and she did a wonderful job guiding us through these unexpected and complicated issues and explained them in clear terms that we could understand. She calmed our nerves, supported us and fought for us at every turn. When we were selling our home, she helped us know exactly what to do to have the house ready for the market. She was very knowledgeable about market conditions and what we could list our home for, and we ended up receiving multiple competitive offers on the first day of listing. She answered our endless questions and even called contractors on our behalf. She was professional, organized, and we had the best experience with her as our realtor. After the death of my husband who I had seen through terrible Alzheimer’s disease, I turned 85 years old and decided to quit driving. I decided to have my son and his family take over. That is when he suggested an extremely knowledgeable agent with Carpenter’s Realty to assist in choosing a home near him. Reva was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area and took my son around to look at available properties near him. The result is that I now have a beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood. Not too far from his family. My oldest daughter has even found a job here and can live with me.
