Dave was nothing short of impressive. His knowledge of construction was remarkable. His financial acumen really shined too, and having him in my corner meant everything. I really liked that he did everything he said he was going to do. He gave timeframes and delivered. In one day he showed me 10 houses when I flew in from Reno. We hit everyone of them perfectly- he planned the routes, scheduled the showings- we laughed and I was amazed he nailed it. I found my dream home on house #8 ! Dave is so professional and stayed with me every step of the way until the end. He was also totally on top of updating that timeline! Highly recommend! Thanks Dave!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Stan was exceptional during the entire process from start to finish and was, of course very professional. I especially appreciated his thoroughness, often going out of his way with attention to detail. His fiduciary responsibility to his client(s) is obviously a priority for him. Stan was highly recommended to me by my daughter and son-in-law. He was the realtor for them, for their son, their daughter and now me. We think of him as a friend of the family and will always refer our friends to Stan Comer and Carpenter.
