My wife and I cannot overstate how professional, well-informed, and helpful Lisa Hicks was as our Realtor throughout the summer of 2025. From signing our agency agreement to closing, there was never a single substantive phone call, text message, or e-mail that took more than a few minutes to get a response to. Every referral she provided was similarly punctual, attentive, and professional. Lisa provided constructive insight every step of the way. She helped curb unnecessary proposals in the negotiation process that may have otherwise derailed our transaction, and was an assertive advocate regarding all of the reasonable requests we should make throughout negotiations. Not a single ball was dropped from start to finish. Lisa has a calming presence and demeanor, and helped make an otherwise significant transition in our lives as streamlined and efficient as possible. No amount of background research and due diligence can match the career of insight and lived experiences Lisa has as a Realtor. Deb has been there for me in every single way and then some. Deb has always been transparent on what I needed to do and how the best way to go about it was for me.
