Cheryl Mallick is more than a real estate agent...

Cheryl Mallick is more than a real estate agent. She is an encyclopedia of home buying knowledge. Cheryl would walk us through potential houses and tell us up front, any issues she saw. She would inform us of fixes she has seen before and give her advice when asked. It was like having our own building inspector for each house viewing. Our personal attorneys even told us we had a great real estate agent, as she was very knowledgeable in the legal process as well. She guided us through the entire process and was always willing to answer our many questions. We decided to look for a house outside of her normal real estate locations and she went above and beyond researching the area for us. Buying a house is a huge and intimidating experience. Cheryl Mallick made it a smooth and reassuring process. She fought for us to get us a great rate, helped with the entire process, and even checked on us weeks after we closed. She helped us win the bid and we were able to buy our dream home because of her.
