Cheryl Mallick is more than a real estate agent. She is an encyclopedia of home buying knowledge. Cheryl would walk us through potential houses and tell us up front, any issues she saw. She would inform us of fixes she has seen before and give her advice when asked. It was like having our own building inspector for each house viewing.
