My 84yr old father met with Royal in Arizona at the end of March. They talked about selling my Dad’s “Summer Home” in Arizona and disgusted market pricing and what to expect during the “Selling” process. Two days later my father returned to Washington State to address some health concerns. My father spoke with Royal about me being his “point of contact” here in Washington. At 84yrs old and with zero understanding of computers, we knew my father would need help navigating the world of signing documents digitally which was going to be required since we were in a different state. Royal contacted me immediately and introduced himself.
