Royal was the best agent we have ever worked with in over 30 years of buying and selling homes. We planned the sale 6 months ahead with Royal, prepared and listed the home with his advised price. And he advised every step of the way, even to stay calm when we received “overpriced” feedback from potential buyers. We received a full price offer! Royal advised us with the full-priced offer and our counter to their stipulations. During the escrow, he kept in touch with us daily and advised us on repairs … he kept checking in on the home as we live out of town - we really appreciated that. What a wonderful experience.
