Because the sale took a year, there was a lot of learning about the Phoenix real estate market. David made sure he kept informed about the comments people made about our home. These comments and David’s expertise allowed us to price the home at a more realistic price for the current market conditions. David also has a very good network of people who can evaluate concerns about the home. As we had 3 home inspections during the selling period, those people became invaluable. David was always upbeat and honest during selling year. He was always on top of things and never backed away from giving us an honest appraisal about buyers concerns.
