He's clearly an expert in the Sunbird community, seems to know everyone there, and is well-loved by the neighbors — that connection helped throughout the process. He gave solid advice on price reductions and handling roof/repair issues that came up. He was also great with my elderly mother, always patient and skilled at explaining things clearly to her.
