I have had numerous occasions to interact with Fran Nolan over the past few years. In May/June of 2025 we bought another home. In the process we were very pleased with her knowledge, attention to detail and professionalism throughout the entire process. I feel that her personality helped with her communication skills and I never felt like “being bothered” anytime she called or sent a reminder of something that needed to be done. She always returned our calls promptly. I have the utmost respect for Fran as a very professional Realtor. I would highly recommend her services and knowledge to anyone. Paula worked very hard on getting my house sold and she kept me very well informed of what she was doing and results. She had several open house sessions. My one concern was that perhaps she rushed to get it on the market as is rather than allowing some interior painting and freshening up.
