Paula was extremely knowledgeable about the local market. She stayed in regular contact and kept us updated on how market conditions were changing as we prepared to list our home. Since the house was no longer our primary residence, we were concerned about managing appointments for repairs and services. Paula was recommended to us and was amazing! She knows the area, worked with us in the beginning of our search, identifying properties that were not always on the market but that provided us information on various styles, locations, e.g., units near the golf course v. those some distance away, so we could compare. She kept us aware via email and text of properties that came on the market that we might want to consider as she quickly grasped what would appeal to us. She was very responsive to our questions, and we had a lot! Since we are out of state she 'took' us on video tours - so helpful! She also has extensive knowledge of various local service providers and they were all very professional as well. She is warm and generous with her time and I look forward to being a neighbor.
