Fran was fantastic to work with, her knowledge of the market was very good and she made the process very simple for us and lead us every step of the way. Her attention to detail was amazing, everything was planned in advance so no surprises, definitely 10 out 10.

I was lucky to find Debbie when she sold my neighbor’s property. She was very knowledgeable in the Maricopa market, and presented a great marketing plan. Made it easy for me as a seller and brought an offer that I was happy with. 100% satisfied!!!

Have completed 3 home purchases and sold 1 using Royal. Each time, he has completed everything needed to find us the right buyer or the right property. He listens to our needs and sets out to find the perfect property! He knows what he is doing , is friendly, has a lot of connections if need anything’ fixed. Homes do not sit on the market when Royal is your relator, he knows value and sells quickly! Would highly recommend Royal for any purchase or selling need you may have now or in the future! Keep up the great work, Royal!!

Paula worked very hard on getting my house sold and she kept me very well informed of what she was doing and results. She had several open house sessions. My one concern was that perhaps she rushed to get it on the market as is rather than allowing some interior painting and freshening up.

Paula was great to work with. She always had my feelings and needs at heart. She is not a pushy and demanding person but knew the emotional and physical struggles I was experiencing and helped me through it. Her suggestions and knowledge and physical help as well as emotional support were always there for me.

Paula has been so helpful with the purchase of our home. Every step of the way she went above and beyond to explain things to us and guide us through the process. She was very patient with all our questions, and gave us great advice. She recommended people in the area for insurances, handiwork, utilities, etc. which was a huge help since we are from out of state. Paula was always prompt with her replies to emails and kept us on track with what we needed to do, updates to the process, and overall kept things moving. We had a wonderful experience with Paula as our realtor! We highly recommend her!
