Fran and Kara were very professional and knowledgeable of the marketplace. They educated us is all areas of selling from pricing, preparing the house and negotiating the sale. Information about Escrow and taxes were most appreciated. They kept us informed of everything that was happening. We have recommended them to some friends and heartily recommend them to all prospective house sellers.

Royal did an excellent job for us in marketing and selling our home. We had a short window of 30 days to sell and Royal worked very hard to accomplish the sale in our short time frame. M & M

When buying or selling a home, local knowledge and experience of your realtor is most important as is the case with Debbie and Carol at Cactus Mountain Properties. Especially in our case when we purchased and recently sold our home in the Province Community of Maricopa. Living in Province themselves they know the nuances of each neighborhood and address to help you decide what best fits your needs. We look forward to working with them again.

Paula was very knowledgeable and was willing to go the extra mile for us since we lived in MI. She met with our inspector and roof people for us as we traveled to AZ. She gave us all kinds of numbers to contact for painters, carpet and handymen. She is a very personable agent.
