She went way out of her way to make my move from Idaho to Sunbird golf resort very easy. I don't know how she could have made it any better to make my move and home purchase any easier. She even help me find a house full of furniture. I bought it and she helped the movers. she told them were to put things and it was set up perfect. I would recommend her to anyone and i thanked the HOA people for recommend her to me.

David Wilson (sometimes known as Cactus Dave) because he works for Cactus Realty in Sun Lakes. I have had occasion to move several times in the past few years and I have found him to be the best real estate agent ever. Most realtors, once they receive their commission , they are long gone. But not David. He is very professional and not pushy with a hard sell into something you do not really want.. He is more than willing to negotiate a reasonable and fair buying price. Even after the sale is complete he is only one phone call away to give you his time and attention to any needs you may need i.e. changing light globes in a very high kitchen ceiling or temporarily hooking up your T. V. until cable company is available in 2 days. I could go on and on about how great and professional David is. I highly recommend him. If you avail yourself of him I am more than confident you will be telling your friends and family. THIS IS ....Your go to guy. I highly recommend him.

In late July I decided it was time to sell my house in AZ! Although tough to pull the trigger after 25 years of being a Snowbird it was time to call it quits!
