We wanted to put our home on the market so we reach out to Bill Gosiak from Cactus Real Estate. He came over and from there and we started a great relationship with him. He was always ready to help us anytime we asked or called. Our home had not been updated since we purchased it. The main reason was, we used it only during the winter months, 3 to 6 months. We are from Oregon and wanted to get away from the cold & rainy days. So we finally bought a home in 1998. Used it every winter, of each year.
