Dale was referred to me by another client of his who raved about him. From the moment we met him, we knew we had the right representative. He knows the market like the back of his hand, he is efficient, and he does a great job. We arrived in town for a day and a half, and Dale was able to quickly arrange a long list of properties for us to visit. He had a great sense of what we were looking for, and we found a house that we loved that day. He also does property management, which made things even easier. He is a great guy, no nonsense guy, and is very thorough. He made everything very easy. I highly recommend him!

Debra is the most proactive and action oriented agent we have ever experienced as both a seller and buyer of houses in the past. She is on top of all the details associated with the house purchase and has a huge list of very professional contacts such as Title Agents, House Inspectors, etc. Once the purchase is complete she is as actively engaged as before ensuring that the right people are available to perform any necessary work including roofing, plumbing, pool maintenance & lawn care. I would highly recommend Debra and will definitely use her the next time we are ready to sell.
