Royal did an excellent job of selling my ex husband’s home in Sunbird Golf Community. He was the upmost professional. Royal made sure that quality pictures were taken and listed the property immediately. He held an open house every weekend. He gave us sound advice and Royal communicated with us every step of the way. Our family could not be more pleased with Royal. If you need a real professional selling your home, please get in touch with him.

David has performed an excellent job listing, promoting and selling my Sun Lakes property. He moved quickly to get professional photo's taken and the MLS listing placed. David held an open house which generated immediate interest and ultimately sold the house within about 2 weeks after listing. Additionally, David was very helpful in navigating through the BINSR process as well has helping me with multiple tasks related to moving out of the house. I highly recommend David for Realtor services, particularly in the Sun Lakes area due to his knowledge and experience within this market.

Paula was absolutely fabulous in helping me sell my house. I admired her professionalism, dedication and commitment to the whole process. She communicated extremely well at every step along the way. I am delighted that she did the little extras to help my house sell. I would highly recommend Paula as your Relator.

Royal Henry was the perfect realtor for me and I know he will be for you as well. Royal had the heartbeat of all things SunBird Golf Resort and because of it. He prepared me to jump when my home came available. He was able to get me into a position that gave me the best advantage for purchasing the home I wanted. I was a little anxious not having purchased a home in a long time and I found Royal to be up to speed on all the latest plans, and the next steps to take and he was able to head off any potential issues. He also walked me through and explained things I wanted to know from the lender to the inspector and the title company Royal was there for me all the way. You can't go wrong unless you don't choose Royal Henrey as your realtor.

Royal was very knowledgeable about the Sunbird community. He was a great asset and made the process quick and easy. We kind of picked him randomly but I'm so happy we did. Royal was an excellent choice and we would definitely use him again for selling a home.

Fran was very helpful when we were purchasing a property in Phoenix via long distance. She coordinated with the seller/title company and closing for us in a efficient and professional manner. I would gladly work with Fran again.

Royal’s detailed knowledge of the Sunbird community and, in particular, the history, values and key components of each home model are unparalleled. I’m just a single walk through of our house, he was able to point out every relevant aspect that needed to be researched and supported with documentation. That knowledge tremendously accelerated and eased the sale process. Royal’s willingness to do some “non-realtor” tasks for me as an absentee seller really went above and beyond. I give him the highest rating possible. I would gladly recommend him.
