I retired from real estate profession several years ago. When I asked Fran Nolan to represent me in selling my home I found that I had selected a true professional real estate agent. She is true to her word. Communication and follow up are evident throughout to completion of the transaction. She will keep you informed and up to date. I would recommend her to all. From start to finish you will have a true real estate professional.

He was the perfect agent for me being that I wasn’t from the area. made the sale of my dad’s home easy and effortless. I was able to navigate all the paperwork quickly and efficiently with his help. Thanks again, Royal. Randy Rempert.

Royal has handled three transactions for us and every one was completed very professionally. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. I would highly recommend Royal for any house purchase or sale.
Royal Henry
Royal is an experienced Realtor and I appreciate his attention to the details of the transaction. He stays on top of critical deadlines, and follows-up on all the numerous details of a sale. He is just very good at what he does and he will always be my first choice in any real estate transaction.

Paula Russell was truly excellent in representing me in the sale of 6692 S. Cypress Point Dr. in Chandler, AZ as well as a previous property in the same development. She always went far and beyond any other Realtor I've used in the past to sell both homes including making herself always available to offer help and avice and finding potential buyers to show my home. Her eagerness to learn and research as much as possible about the housing market applicable to me as her client was excellent. I recommend her as a Realtor to any seller of a home without reservation!

This is my second transaction with Royal, and I have referred several friends to him as well. I like working with him because he is very knowledgeable of the market, very detailed in every aspect of the transaction and goes above and beyond to help his clients.

Royal was endless in his dedicated efforts to find a buyer for our Sun Lakes house. Royal scheduled several open houses and he kept us abreast of the housing market conditions in the Sun Lakes area. Royal had very thorough knowledge of the pricing climate in Sun Lakes and always kept us updated. The short and sweet of it.....Royal Henry is a true professional.

I cannot say enough good things about Debbie; she was an absolute pleasure to work with. Debbie went above and beyond to ensure the process of selling the house went smoothly. She was a professional and yet was always there to lend a hand or jump in to help should something personal arise that needed her help. I highly recommend her to anyone who is selling a house. Best realtor ever.

Royal was very easy to work with and has a lot of connections to people in the inspection aspect, the closing of properties, and the contractors necessary to follow up with needed repairs or handyman work. He set up the repairs and was our middleman since we live in Mn and bought in AZ. He was great at keeping us informed with no surprises. We would recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor! In fact, he is the agent for our existing house we are selling in AZ!
